Our 6-week programs are a great introduction to Fitness Support. You will work one on one with your Fitness Support Specialist in an environment that works for you. Together, you will design a program that is unique and specific to your needs.

The foundation of our service is based on 20-30 minutes of medium to high intensity physical activity performed 3x per week. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and how you spend the remainder of that time is up to you.
